This is the "charcoal" cat family that my brother got me on his trip to Japan in 2014. He was in a Toys R Us there and had sent me a photo of their Sylvanian Families display. When I saw this family, I knew I absolutely needed them and he had promised to bring me something from his trip and this is what I chose. Shortly after, I did find that the triplets were available here in the U.S. and I ordered them through the International Playthings website. This is the family that compelled me to start collecting again, though, not seriously until 2016.
